Hence we work with renowned partners from the fields of mechanical engineering, automation, control technology and tool construction. During the implementation phase of projects we are involved with the acquisition of project management.

The responsible manufacture of prototypes and pre-production parts and small batches completes our portfolio.

Simulation

To reduce the implementation and optimization costs we use intensively computer-aided simulation of processes and tools. It contains the most recent, task-oriented and partially software. It is partly developed with our support from reputable manufacturers. This allows, supported by the necessary practical knowledge for the definition of important real boundary conditions and parameters, objective and for the further decision-making process targeted results and statements. We close the gap between commercially available expensive simulation software with easy-to-use low-cost software packages that have been developed by us. In addition to performing simulations we also assist you in the selection and introduction of required software and train your employees.

For a technologically, economically and profit-oriented optimization a careful, detailed and target-oriented analysis of the tasks and vulnerability are necessary. The bu + engineering gmbh differs between the following core topics:

To investigate processes and results exactly, our staff is trained in Six Sigma techniques of quality management. Six Sigma is a systematic approach to process improvement using analytical and statistical methods.

A detailed analysis and the addressing of weaknesses offers many advantages:
